This StonyLab benchtop freeze dryer is engineered for laboratory-scale freeze-drying and pilot research, removing moisture through low-temperature freezing and vacuum sublimation. It operates with a -60°C cold trap, rapid cooling, uniform temperature control, and built-in pre-freezing and defrost functions to preserve sample morphology and maintain stable conditions during long runs.
Featuring a 0.08–0.12 m² drying area and a water capture capacity of up to 4 kg per batch, the system comes complete with a vacuum pump to support efficient moisture sublimation. It accommodates a wide variety of containers, including ampoules, vials, glass flasks, plasma bottles, Petri dishes, and stainless-steel trays for both bulk and specialized research applications.
