HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
If you want to make a return from Spain, Portugal, France, Germany or the Netherlands, click here to access our returns portal, where you will have to enter your order number and the email you used to make the purchase. During the return process, you will be able to request an instant refund!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?
Depends on the method you have selected
- Non-instant refund: it can take up to 15 days - Keep in mind that your order has to arrive at our warehouses and we have to review it manually.
- Instant bank account refund – takes less than 10 seconds
- Instant refund on original payment method: depending on the method it can take between 1 and 3 days. The good thing is that it does not depend on the collection.
- Instant credit refund: takes 1 second

If 14 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please send an email to hello@arzebrand.com with your order number and tracking code and we will contact you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to withhold or refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE EXCHANGE?
Almost nothing! Thanks to Reveni we make instant changes: we will send you the new product as soon as you finish the request, without having to wait to receive the original garment. And in parallel we will ask you to send us the original product by picking it up at home or delivering it to a point.
